This year we are celebrating 50 years as a city! Please join me at several events to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Fairview Heights. Fairview Heights is a great community; we have great parks and a highly recognized police department.

I want to thank you for the privilege to serve as your Mayor of the City of Fairview Park. I am very excited to get started and to address the many things we have discussed together this past year. Some highlights include working on ways to expand our tax base and increase support for existing businesses; collaborating with our schools to assist them as they educate and empower our students; maintaining and improving streets, sewers, and other essential infrastructure; and supporting our First Responders so they can continue to keep us safe.

The Custers have two children and two grandchildren and are members of Stonebriar Community Church. He also served as chair of the Board of Adjustments and as President of the homeowners association where he resides with his wife Debbie. He serves as District Engineer for freshwater supply and municipal utility districts.

Councilmember Larry Little was sworn into his first Council term in the November election. Councilmember Little and his wife Pam have lived in the Vineyards of Fairview for more than 18 years. Ace Fence expanded to the DFW area in and today is the largest fence company in the metroplex. Councilmember Little is blessed with two children and 3 grandsons. Councilmember Ken Logsdon was first elected in the June runoff election.

He is retired after decades of working with corporate executives in the field of facilities construction, operation, and energy efficiency - experience he hopes to use to the benefit of the citizens of Fairview.
