Arrived for our dinner and an employee met us in the parking lot telling customers they were closing for the night because they were short staffed.
So disappointing! I told them that I had a confirmed reservation through open table and they said they had nothing to do with open table. They had 2 servers and 2 employees on staff. Please do not take reservations without checking with the restaurant.
It was a waste of our time. Despite having reservations prior to arriving for family weekend at Purdue, Buffalo Wild Wings was unable to accommodate us at our reservation time due to a shortage of employees.
Maybe this was beyond their control, but the hostess and manager refused to put our name at the too if the wait list above the customers walking in. It did us no good to have a reservation with Open Table. We eventually were seated and our waitress was a sweetheart but the manager was rude and threatened to shut down the restaurant when talking down to us.
Maybe get some ideas from Chik Fila, they seem to know how to run a business and treat customers. I made a reservation on Open Table and when I showed up at the restaurant there were people waiting to be seated even though half the tables in the restaurant were empty.

Reservation didn't work even though it said confirmation and had to wait. Host was gone for over 15 minutes. Food was very cold and took unusually long to get to our table. Terrible seating. Will likely not visit again. They do not know what they are doing. The server did a decent job however and that was the only highlight.

She put in the extra effort and was very speedy by BDub's standards these days. Unfortunately, they were out of cheese curds and ranch dressing, which pretty much ruined my Sunday my family is pretty serious about both of those items. These things happen but combined with the other issues this location has been having, it would cause me concern if I were responsible for this store.
Still, we keep coming back. This location has been struggling for some time with employee retention and maintaining an adequate service level. Food is good, but it can take over an hour and typically requires a few trips to correct and fulfill an order. Just a thought. Poorly cooked food, and service that was abysmal. Would not recommend and will not be back. Not a great value these days.
Now being served on metal trays that we have to share around the table instead of paper boats--not very convenient. This location seems to be consistently understaffed during peak hours. Experience was fine. However I noticed that none of the wait staff looked happy at all, so I wondered if there is a management issue.
